Laurent Cisneros and his three daughters have created a special cuvée made from rare grape varieties.
A Trilogy of whites with 60% Arbane and 20% Pinot Blanc, blended with the traditional Chardonnay of Champagne (20%). Today, less than 10 hectares of Arbane are planted in Champagne: it is a renowned grape variety, considered to be sensitive, with a very low yield that produces wines of great delicacy.
